And relax....

Started the day with a walk around Calistoga, visiting farmer's market and a lovely artisan coffee shop and getting a sandwich for breakfast to go. We were meant to go on a wine tour but got sidetracked by a lot of lovely shops in St Helena and only managed to leave when it was time to meet M&H at the next wine tour. They were delayed by traffic but we enjoyed the tasting and learnt a lot, and they arrived in time to get their own glass and have a few tastes, then we wandered amongst the vines for a while and took photos.
Back to the hotel (via stop off at a Dean & Deluca's branch, so more sampling and shopping of course!) for our mud baths, mineral jacuzzis and massages. We all had a great time, but I was most struck by this couple in the waiting area who were clearly extremely relaxed by their treatments-they were comatose!
We were all very chilled by the time we were done, and then M&H treated us to dinner at a lovely Italian place in St Helena.....was amazing!
Home via a layby where we did some more star gazing-Milky Way very clear but no shooting stars tonight. Don't want the holiday to end!
