Scarborough Beach

Some things just don't change and Scarborough beach is one of them.
Although apparently it could have been so much different as Hitler had his eye on the Grand Hotel seen here for his Northern headquarters!
It's a fantastic looking hotel but unfortunately the interior doesn't quite live up to this.
But it's still here waiting for the upturn in Scarborough's economy, which could be very soon if they get the go ahead to mine for their vast Potash deposits.
