Free to roam

The weather is fine and sunny this morning and a nice breeze blowing to keep you cool.

There is now a large herd of Highland Cattle which have been turned out on the common land to the east side of Dartmoor where they are free to wander over a large area and quite often our paths seem to coincide with theirs This mother and calf seem to interested with a dog (not Jinxy) running free some distance away.

These cattle are a big draw to visitors and those grazing near a road soon get a crowd around them,
