Big project

They are rebuilding the Waverley Line. Edinburgh to Tweedbank south of Galashiels. 30 miles of track, tunnels and bridges.

This is the newly constructed Bowland Bridge.

Unfortunately it comes nowhere near Peebles - and it would take me longer to drive to the railhead than it would to drive to Edinburgh.
