Mixed feelings

Spent much of the day at the old house giving it a good clean and packing up the last bits. Lottie played with her friend round the corner for a couple of hours. Once again Stuart, with very little sleep, rushed about all day then went off for a night shift.

Mixed feelings - the packing up has been hard work, the new house is fabulous but we've had 18 happy years on Howden Way. However it's changing, more and more rented houses. I won't miss living in a semi and listening to late night parties, the last of which was Friday night!

Will miss a few of the neighbours, we went round and said our goodbyes before I treated Charlotte to a McDonald's, and made use of their wifi!
