" THE BIG COUNTRY "

We worked hard this morning me in the garden, cutting back the big rose that grows over the trellis shielding the oil tank, and Mr A defrosting the freezer in the kitchen. We have a viewing tomorrow, so trying hard to make the home look the most presentable.

After completing our chores, we enjoyed a mini rehearsal of all the songs we may need to use down at Longrun House for their bbq in September. We learnt a new song "Don't stop " by Fleetwood Mac and after two run throughs, we enjoyed performing it.

Then we took Phoebe for one of our amazing walks, over the hills and (almost) far away. You will notice the land is not green anymore, rain being quite in short supply.

Black Monday is fast approaching and Mr A is going to be away now until Tuesday evening. Not sure how I am going to explain to Phoebe that she cant sit by the front door, all evening, waiting for him to return!!!

After him being away for 11 years throughout the nineties, it is not something I look forward to. It was tough bringing up the boys on my own.

We have our first viewing tomorrow with our new estate agent and hoping for good things!
