Upon waking this morning, I observed that the day was just right to do something a little different from our normal Monday activities. Virtually no wind and a perfect temperature for August (mid winter). We took the opportunity to drive to Brooklyn, about 80 Kms north of Sydney and partake of luncheon at the Marina on the Hawkesbury River.
This is the ideal place for Hawkesbury River Oysters and a great selection of seafood to compliment the oysters.

It would be criminal to eat anything else at this riverside restaurant. When you are here next, look me up and I will take you there.
The Oysters are reputed to be the best in the world.
