This day marks the birth of Rick Wright (28 July 1943, Hatch End – 15 September 2008, London) from the Pink Floyd, who wrote and sings lead on this song from A Saucerful Of Secrets. It was going to be a single, but was dropped in favour of Apples And Oranges, although it did turn up on a B-side in the US and Japan in 1968. Syd Barrett plays steel guitar on the track.
