Sky Blue and Black

Sunset behind St Eufemia who J & I refer to as ‘Our Ef’ (many more details of the sacred lady here).
She is depicted in the statue on top of the tower with a martyr’s palm frond and a wheel. The statue is also weather vane so she helps tell us what the weather will be like. This evening she was looking out to sea and a wet weather front was moving away. We’d had a number of spectacular storms and the sunshine was due to return.
