Cyclamen

We were orienteering near Letuš today on much lower ground. It was hot, but luckily was a short race, A feature of the forest was carpets of Cyclamen. It seemed a shame to run through them. They seem very common in Slovenia and it's the only place I've seen them in the wild. I would have expected to have seen some in Austria or Bavaria in similar forests, but never have been lucky. Afterwards we went and swam / paddled in the Savinja river to cool down.
