Oysters

Today was a relaxing day which included a walk on Mersea Island. This is where we found these two guys, cleaning and sorting the oysters for the West Mersea Oyster Bar. A great place to have lunch (we did). They export a huge number of oysters to London, abroad and even to the King of Belgium (so the sign says). Not sure about the oysters if I'm honest, but they do the most amazing scampi. Definitely worth a visit.
