Herb garding

This summer we have done some grow your own vegetables and herbs. Our coriander went wild (sounding like an old man, not someone in his mid-20s). I cut some of it off and dried it so it could be used in the winter. Looks like it worked OK. Now it's dry time to work out what to do next.
