Broccoli? Don't mind if I do!

The little ones kept more respectable hours today, thankfully. While their mum went for the day to the a Borders to visit Gran in hospital (she was sleepy but said she felt "reasonable"), we looked after Ella and Nathaniel. The fact that it rained most of the day was good - it meant the puddles were really deep so Ella could manage lots of splashing. That made good blipping material, but I preferred this one of Nathaniel having lunch - he seemed to like the broccoli which he fed himself with while I shovelled in the carrot and potato. Now they have gone home, we are going to be veging too after a pretty hectic week with grandchildren every day since we got back from Australia.

Unfortunately the independence debate was not shown on TV south of the border, and I wasn't able to pick it up from the STV player. I'm nor sure if that was because our Broadband is too slow or if it was a problem with STV - it just said it was unavailable. Judging from the report in the Guardian it seemed to be all pretty predictable.
