Shadow play

Feeling tired - Ella and I were out catching our shadows at 6.45 till 7.30 am, before which she'd had muesli, yogurt and fruit for breakfast. We had great fun merging our shadows, trying to catch each other's shadows and chatting about everything. Then she went to the park in Cragside with her mum and friends while I looked after the baby and prepared lunch for them all. Now it is nap time for both Ella and Nathaniel - I might have a power 5 minutes myself!
