Beacon at Whitby Harbour

Again the evening light at Whitby trumps the spectacles of earlier in the day - at Castle Howard.

We had a great visit to Castle Howard with very helpful room guides and stunning architecture. The grounds were impressive too; we dodged in and out of the showers!

But in trying not to spend ages fiddling with pictures this was the better of the two top picks. So apologies for returning to Tuesday's location.
