Quiche in a mug

I made quich in a mug today.

It's a sainsburys recipe. It was ok, cooked without disaster, no burning to report, no under cooking just cooked and was ok.

As I've had a tooth out for those who don't know I needed a light tea. so I made my Quiche in a mug.

Feelin pleased with myself until my lovely teenage daughter said its basically scrambled egg in a mug with a few bits added in!

Just doesn't go the same now cos I don't like scrambled egg all that much!
