Straight and Narrow

...and not blue.

I blipped a section of this same Fairhaven Shipyard exterior wall in March 2012, on a rare sunny winter day.

It's been a quiet, productive day, after the fun of yesterday -- our garden helper came and made a difference in both the front and the back yards, and I edited the program copy for the September Whatcom Symphony concert and the autumn listings for Ciao Thyme's cooking classes, ran errands and shot potential blips in three locations, did a couple of loads of laundry, had a long phone chat with my sister in Texas -- and will do my physical therapy exercises later this evening, after a light dinner.

Not an exciting day or memorable day, but a good one.

I wish that every person of good will in the world could say the same for today.

(Addendum: While on our deck around 8pm, admiring the late evening clouds, I spotted this delightful duo and was tempted to redo today's blip and feature them. Which photo do you prefer?)
