Taco bake

A family favourite.
Well, except for the boss that is, she doesn't like it, but the lad and I lap this up. Any leftovers disappear the following day too.
The experiment of adding cheese on top was considered a roaring success.

Just add some sour cream and tabasco before devouring.

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
