GLOSSY IBIS

We left the hotel and stopped at Frampton Marshes on the way home. We had a walk round the reserve and whilst in one of the hides a glossy ibis flew in. Great excitement!! The heavens opened when we were at the furthest end of the reserve where there was no shelter. We got absolutely drenched. We decided to cut our losses and drive home.

We have had a lovely few days away.
