looking at a fabulous quilt.

Angie and I got the train to Birmingham's NEC for The Festival of Quilts. There was a wealth of quilting talent on display with contributors from around the world.
Although we can appreciate the amazing skills in traditional patchwork and quilting, it is really the more modern art quilts we prefer.
There were lots of stalls selling sewing and quilting supplies so we both came away with a few purchases.
I bought a couple of silk screens so I will be having a go at printing on fabrics.
