Georgian Delights

Anna is staying with us for a week and brought delicious treats from Georgia… including lovely wine, nuts, cheeses and made a wonderful aubergine and pomgratae dish as well as our next attempt on katchapuri - last time we made Acharuli ones which are shaped like boats. This time we attempted the Imeruli katchapuri but left the dough until the last minute and they were only a partial success. It's the imeruli version that saw me through a long cold journey across the Caucasus a decade back and which I've been trying to recreate ever since…. still a work in progress!
