Lake view

Tagaytay is usually typhoon-stricken and cloudy so it was nice to feel the hot sun and have clear skies as I left town for the craziness of Manila.

Lake Taal draws visitors from all over the Philippines. I'm always surprised at how few non-Filipino faces I see when I come here as the country has the potential to attract a higher number of tourists. I am always rubbish at adding on a few days after my work trips to explore more of the beauty of this country.

Bull sharks apparently used to inhabit this lake, but have been exterminated.
