A rapturous welcome home from the puppies. I'm so pleased to see them too. My face has been thoroughly kissed and my lap claimed by the Empress.

A better drive home, I did it in three and a half hours compared to yesterday's four.

Thanks for all your kind comments and commiserations yesterday on my aunt's passing. Our trip away had some highlights such as going out last night with fellow members of the motorcycle club my uncle is in. All old boys but such sharp witty minds. It's nice to know his mates will be keeping an eye on him as we are so far away :)
