Jetlag

Mr A is suffering with jetlag. Poor thing is exhausted at bedtime then wide awake only a couple of hours later.

He tried taking Nytol last night in a bid to help him sleep, but still no luck.

I'm finding this quite disconcerting; how am I going to function with a drill after our trip?! suggestions/remedies welcome

I finally got him out of bed mainly by stripping the bedding off around him at 1.45pm. We had a drive into Blackburn, then visited his folks so he could tell them about his time on tour.

Papa A obviously has sympathy jet lag he's just back from Scotland as he fell asleep in the chair!
