Ben Day

Had a really lazy morning scouring the internet for a holiday in the sun, really though was charging batteries as was getting Ben at 12.30 and he is pretty full on so need all my energy;-)

Had to get a new battery for my watch, then we went for lunch. He snapped up his macaroni and strawberry milkshake while chatting nonstop!! He is so funny with words. We corrected him while in Aviemore about his pronunciation about Loch so now he really emphasises the chhhhhhhh in a sentence, so funny :-)

He helped me with the grass cutting, and likes the new big space at the front garden which was transformed last week. Everything that grew has disappeared and in its place is very attractive stoneage - Speystone to be precise - very low maintenace - perfect!

Later, after Ben went back home, it was a mad rush to get out for 6 as Lorna, mate from work and I were going out for tea to a new place in the soon to be Square (hopefully) area called Blues and Brown then on to the pictures to see Boyhood. Didn't realise it was almost 3 hours long! Brilliant film shot over 12 years. Highly recommend it. Realised I had lost one of my favourite scarves on the way to the pictures, but although wandered back it was nowhere to be seen :-(
