Mono Monday….. Food….. Hmm…. What to Blip? Inspiration. A phone call to Mike, the friendly boss at “Meaters”. “Yes Liz, no problem. We are cutting up carcasses at the moment. Come around to the back door.” So I drove to Meaters and spent a short time photographing carcasses. The staff members were good natured about my project and I have promised to send them the link to Blipfoto.com. In my view, Mike runs the very best butchery business in Marlborough. The quality of the meat and range of products is second to none and folk from all around Marlborough make regular visits to his shop. The staff members are great, so friendly and helpful.
