Chicken Tagine
Saw the forum thread by IMGPP and thought mmm....I've not made a chicken tagine for a while. Her recipe is here. Mine is a little different. I don't use stock or drain the tomatoes and I add a tablespoon of clear honey. Instead of the spice blend she used I use one called ras al-hanout. Plenty of recipes for it on the web but I buy mine from Seasoned Pioneers. Not sure mine will eat a lot different!!!
If you have any interest in North African, Arab or Turkish food I can really recommend this. Her Jewish cookbook is her masterpiece and well worth looking into as well (especially if you are a Jew!!)
