Today a very special friend from school days arrived for a few days. We walked from our chalet past the Telecabine and came upon a house with this in the garden!

This is one of the original telecabines that used to carry skiers up the mountain in the winter. These days the Telecabine is also open on Summer week ends for hikers and mountain bikers!

Philip and I often went up in the summer for a gentle walk and a drink to take in the spectacular views.
