"Dork" the Duck

While doing an impromptu photo session for a friend, this little guy became very curious of the camera. He would waddle right up to me and turn his head inquisitively as if posing for me.

When I asked if he was a regular on the beach, they confirmed that he was and that they call him "dork". Surprised at the name, I asked "why?". The answer was in his quack... it was unlike others they heard and clearly sounded like he was saying "dork". He is the most friendly of the group and very trusting of humans.

He was too cute not to photograph.
