I don't know if many of you have seen this show on TV before but it is pretty interesting. The creator of the show takes people and puts them somewhere or with someone who has a different lifestyle or philosophy for 30 days. Hence, the name. So maybe he would take an atheist and have them live with a Christian family, or a member of the Minutemen and lets him live with an immigrant family in the inner city. My favorite show so far was when the creator and his fiancee to the Midwest and live on minimum wage. They get very resourceful and are helped tremendously by the local church for furniture and clothes and are getting by until his nephew and niece come to stay with them. That is hard on them financially and then his fiancee gets sick and has to go to the emergency room. It is a very eye-opening show. It makes me wonder where the creator of the show would place me. Hmmm, maybe teaching in an inner city school or in a lesser developed country where I have to fetch my own water or grow my own food.
