Cottage Loaf

Time to get down to some serious baking now that I'm home again. This is a seed and grain cottage loaf, the recipe for which I found in this month's Good Food magazine.

I'm happy to report that it tastes as good as it looks - had a couple of slices for lunch with some goat's cheese, beetroot and tomatoes.
