Thanks for all the good wishes re C's mum. I think that getting away has been good for C. The last few days were quite tough on her and she needed this break.

And I'm pleased to be here! It doesn't get much better than a run along the coast path listening to the Beatles' "Love" mashup album. Well, that isn't actually true - I felt pretty knackered after the last few days and it was hard work. But finishing a run along the coast path listening to the Beatles' "Love" mashup album is pretty good - especially when "Come Together" kicks in just in time for the final climb. And the post-run pasty'n'tea was pretty darned fabulous.

It is Falmouth Week at the moment. There are lots of events and boat races. There are classes for boats under 3 metres, 3 to 7 metres and 7 to 10 metres. This is a slice of action from the hotly-contested race for Genoa-rigged yachts and container ships between 10 and 300 metres.
