End of the boiler troubles.

We've got two lovely heating engineers in today called Adam and Antony. They're ripping out our old hot water tank and conventional boiler and fitting a lovely new condensing combi boiler in a far better location. I'm cold, there's no gas, no water and no power in the kitchen so it's sandwiches for lunch but I am happy because by tomorrow evening I will have a boiler that works, and can have hot water without having to wait an hour. They've been fantastic so far and can't wait for them to finish the job tomorrow.

It'll be a night in the guest bed for us under a huge pile of blankets as they're working in our bedroom.

This was the boiler at close of play today, the pipes at the bottom aren't actually connected to anything but the water, gas and electricity are back on.
