There's no resisting a classic!

Today was a day for catching up on paperwork, which was just as well since it was rainy and windy outside. For the first time in 6 years me and my husband were based at the same hospital so we went for a coffee break together in the afternoon which was nice. After work we went to The Brandling villa for "burger Tuesday".

It was our (temporary) flatmate Jim's birthday today so we wanted to get him something. We debated in the supermarket what he would prefer. In the end I bought him a box of nice chocolates whilst the husband went for a very large box of Tunnock teacakes. I am sure you can guess from the photograph what Jim preferred! He started unwrapping the teacakes instantly. I guess there's no resisting a classic. I managed to catch a photo to blip whilst there was still some left. I've seen a cushion that we should buy him as a thank you when we finish staying at his house (when we finally get the keys to our new house).
