Upon reflection......

...it was worth the effort to run over to the coast after work today.
I finished work later than expected and didn't arrive home until almost time for sunset.
A quick change of clothes and I flew out the door camera in hand and headed for Terrigal.
A full session at work, 14 patients, including two sets of twins and a set of triplets meant my brain was a touch overloaded....or maybe just fried!
It was refreshing to be out in the fresh sea air.
The waves rushing in.
It swept away the cobwebs and worries of the day.
Yes, upon reflection it was worthwhile!
