Frazzled.

Spent the day on a course about new educational initiatives. Unfortunately although the information given to us is important the whole day was just that....information. It started at 8.45am and finished at 4.15pm and, with the exception of a 45 minute lunch break and two 15 minute coffee breaks I sat in the same chair all day just listening to people.

Consequently my head felt as though it iwas about to burst. Driving home I spotted this small side road. The intention was not to take a picture but to simply sit for 5 mins and get my head straight.
