'Friends that Sparkle'

First of all a big THANKS to everyone who gave me lovely comments on my sunset blip yesterday...I haven't got around to answering you all yet.

A lovely sunny morning, very windy with a nip in the air. I met my two lovely friends Maxine and Caroline for coffee at the Marine. We enjoy each others company so much...they are two trustworthy, loyal and funny girls. I promised them I wouldn't put any HD photos on...so have played around with my app Tangled and this is the result...a bit of fun.

More sad news from America. The wonderful actress Lauren Bacall has died at the age of 89. As you may know, I am a film buff...particularly the 40s and 50s era. I have many film star books...have loved them since I was a child. I like to think that Lauren is now having a ball in heaven with Humphrey Bogart, her husband.....friends Marilyn Monroe, Jane Russell and her close friend Katherine Hepburn.........
