Judy, Jude and Me

A rainbow appears, in between showers, while I'm out on the decking potting up some herbs. It reminds me of the moment, on the last night of BYM Gathering this year, when I was walking back from the Big Top and met the lovely Jude Whitby. Unfortunately she'd had a stomach bug for the last couple of days, so had been keeping to her bed. We talked about the beautiful graphics she had provided for the 'Welcome' film from Friends in the South West, and how exciting she'd found the experience of being filmed creating these.

And then a double rainbow appeared in the sky, and we spontaneously burst into a rendition of the Judy Garland song from 'Wizard of Oz'. Memories are made of this...
