Love is in the air!

My visit to the Addo Elephant National Park today was my best ever! We watched these two lions for a long time before they mated - there were three other males nearby and listening to them roaring sent shivers down my spine. A herd of Buffalo at the waterhole kept a wary eye on the lions, chasing them into the bushes at intervals.
Further on, after watching huge herds of elephants at another waterhole, we came across another magnificent lion at a Kudu kill.
I don't know if we'll have such an amazing day again - hopefully we'll see some lion cubs one day!
