Summer celebrations

To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the granting of a Royal Charter to the University of Strathclyde today, staff were invited to partake of a glass of Pimm’s - the ultimate summer drink, a strawberry tart and a touch of jazz - the latter supplied by three students from the Strathclyde Youth Jazz Orchestra. The setting was Rottenrow Gardens on the campus, and the rain stayed away long enough to allow all the strawberry tarts to be well and truly consumed!
