Spy Girls!

Talia has been ringing me a few times a day to say have you got that photo i e mailed you? It came today and this is it, I love it so much! India said Mia and I were spies and we went out on the road disguised with scarves and coats, no one could see us but we could see them!

I took the girls to Angela's for 9am and went to the gym for a hard session, last one for 2 weeks as we go on holiday tomorrow. Ang, her boys and my girls arrived at the gym just as I finished so we all went swimming. India's friend K came for the afternoon with her fabulously funny mum, we cleared the hall for her wheelchair but she walked in. We were so pleased, K has a nerve sheath demyelinating illness and only a few months ago couldn't walk at all. Her mum said she has been so determined with her physio and hydrotherapy. Super K!
