Abandoned

Managed to get a counselling appointment for tonight after having to cancel Tuesdays . A very accommodating counsellor.
It was much needed.

I admitted to a few things and was uncontrollably crying at points. She seems to think I should be in hospital at the moment and not going on holiday.

I am now on holiday for a week and am having a bottle of wine tonight. Tomorrow I have a free day to pack and do nothing.
