To syn or not to syn

Foody Friday brings you this...

At Slimming World Fruit is a free food - you can have lots of it as long as it's in its raw state. Once it's juiced or pureed or cooked it has to have a syn allocation - you can have up to 15 syns a day.

This poster was displayed at the Slimming World Meeting. I'm still finding out why the same rule doesn't apply to vegetables!

Going to try Mushy pea and baked bean curry tomorrow! Watch this space.
