93 & Thumbs Up!

August 15th and the annual Memorial Service at the Indonesian War Monument in Den Haag was held; again a big turn out of people who came to pay their respect and commemorate the fallen victims, relatives.

Pointing my camera at him Paatje Phefferkorn greeted me with his tumb up, as he usually does.
I was standing next to mr. Urban and he told me Paatje Phefferkorn is 93 yrs now and a living legend ever ~ you can find his story in short in the link shared.
