Windmills of my mind

Was going to drive 15 mins from my home to Tarbert to get ferry to Arran, only looked at the timetable and realised I only had 15 mins to get there and fast as I am I just couldnt make it in time, so it was an 80 mile drive to Ardrossan to get 6pm ferr to Arran for a bloody meeting.

Got to the B&B and it was freezing! had to fill a hot water bottle to try to warm up.
Got up at 8am to drive to Lochranza to get ferry back to Tarbert (40 min crossing with 15 min drive) only to find yep I had got the dam times wrong again! so had to drive all the way back to Brodick to get the ferry to Ardrossan to drive 80 odd miles back home!!! Grrrrrrr
