Sunflowers Galore

... in the south of France. I love their French name 'tournesol' because they turn to the sun. You feel as if you can almost see all their heads following the sun's course - would have been good to turn a series of time-lapse photos into a film so you really could watch their progress, all heads twisting to capture the sunlight.

Anyone who follows my journal will already know that yellow's my favourite colour, so you can imagine how these yellow fields grabbed my attention. Utterly delightful.
