Wedding Day memories.

I've only taken two pictures today. There was a coffee morning at church and although the flower arch had been removed from last Tuesday's wedding these two arrangements remained inside.

It was on this Saturday last year that my daughter Grace and son in law John were married here. (Yesterday's heather moor shot was also taken near to the village where they had their reception) Can't believe it has been a year since that very special day. They are actually in Scotland today on Loch Lomond side celebrating the wedding of friends who were here last year too. They are going to stay up there for a few days to celebrate their first wedding anniversary tomorrow.

The choir stall you can see in the background beneath the organ pipes is where I sit every Sunday morning with the rest of the choir.

Going to friends and neighbours for dinner soon which is very nice. I had planned to wear summer clothes but it is distinctly chilly today for August. At least it's not far to go. Might take a cardi!
