The Hot Stone
L bought us a Himalayan salt block for our anniversary and we have been looking for something to hold it over the stove whilst it heats up ready for cooking. Finally found a couple of egg rings and successfully heated the block over a periods about 30 minutes. After this, with no stove eat in sight, the block successfully cooked these delicious wild salmon fillets whilst adding a subtle salt seasoning without adding regular salt. Another cooking first for the Clarke household!
