BG Scones

I had been a little disappointed with the quality of our scones recently and wanted to discover how the consistency had changed in the dough so after a long time away from BG Baking, I made some blueberry scones using my old tried and tested recipe. I discovered that the heavy whipping cream we had switched to was affecting the moisture in the dough and had to make an adjustment in quantities to achieve the excellence that we have always expected - these were the result and they were back to their crumbly best - our bakers have since replicated the result and so I'm happy with the scones once again!
