Straight from the horse's mouth

On the last day we left the hotel in Betws and drove to Bodnant, just 15 miles away. I have quite a few good pictures from there, but they'll be familiar to most people so I'm Blipping today from The Garden House, near Wrexham, or Wrecsam as the Welsh spell it, the very last garden of the tour.

They have a National Collection of Hydrangea there, with over 300 species and cultivars - very good, but the rest of the garden was frankly a mess.

So I haven't even picked a plant - it's a horse! I went round to the other side of the hedge to see what the back end looked like - just joking, it was only a head!
